Are Amorphous Perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All our fragrances are 100% vegan and we never test our products or ingredients on animals.
How long does the scent typically last?
Our perfumes are formulated as high-concentration Extrait de Parfum, typically offering a longevity of 8 to 12 hours depending on skin chemistry and environmental factors.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to over 50 countries. Please note that due to the alcohol content in perfumes, international orders are sent via specialized ground or air couriers and may take 7-14 business days.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
To ensure hygiene and safety, we only accept returns on unopened bottles in their original cellophane wrap. We highly recommend purchasing our Discovery Set before committing to a full-sized bottle.
What should I do if my perfume arrives damaged?
If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, please email our support team with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we will issue a replacement immediately.
Where should I store my perfume to maintain its quality?
To preserve the integrity of the essential oils, store your bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer.
